Quality

Premium quality can only be born by combining skilled work with the best materials available.Each material used in making our luxury packaging is carefully checked by our packaging experts to ensure it's green & of top-quality.

At Future Packaging, for gift box production, we only use:
· SGS certified (under REACH) Eco-friendly printing ink;
· SGS certified (under REACH) strong 2mm grey board;
· SGS certified (under REACH) smoothy coated art paper;
· BV certified (under RoHS) strong magnets;

All materials will go through strict in-house inspections. Only qualified printing ink, grey board, coated paper and magnets will be put into mass production.

IQC: Incoming Quality Control

This is to control the quality of coming raw materials(printing ink, grey board, coated paper and magnets,etc) and parts for manufacturing a gift box before production begins.

IPQC: In-Process Quality Control

It allows us to follow all changes that occur during the mass production. It gives the security that the finished gift boxes fulfill all quality requirements.

FQC: Final Quality Control

It's the last process before shipping. This step is to ensure the finished gift boxes have gone through and passed all the manufacturing or testing processes and is in good quality condition.
OQC: Out-going Quality Control

It's the the shipment inspection in accordance with the quality standards agreed OQC, or Outgoing QC, refers to the shipment inspection carried out by the supplier in accordance with the standards agreed by the contract or order between the supply and demand parties before the finished product is shipped.
